Janie French is the owner of Black Mountain Fitness.  She is a Certified Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), as well as the American Institute of Fitness Educators for Older Adult Fitness.  She specializes in customizing fitness programs to meet the specific needs of each individual, and particularly enjoys creating new ways for those who may have physical challenges and/or injuries to get a great workout without further injury.  Janie has also trained and led small groups across the Grand Canyon on rim-to-rim hikes on several occasions.



Lori’s programs are designed to bring awareness in Health and Nutrition along with instilling wellness as a lifestyle. She has worked in the fitness/health and wellness industry as a Fitness instructor for 27 plus years. She educates about the importance of being active and eating healthy through mental, physical and nutritional balance with a to instill the foundational structure for a healthy and active lifestyle. For the last 30 years, she has ran weight-loss boot camps, instructed adults, children and professional athletes in exercise/nutrition and holistic energy with mental preparation. The Trigger Tech Release program is designed to give clients relief from pain and to support their optimal physical performance. It relieves tension, stress and physical area pain as well as increases range of motion in the body, all of which promote energy, mind health and overall body change appearance. As a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Julia utilizes her knowledge and experience to support people in overcoming obstacles; opening a path that enables her to help them become the best version of themselves.
